Inspections

I offer a personal on-site independent, impartial inspection of any installation and I will identify the cause of any problem, be it due to a fault in manufacture or in the materials used, or whether the cause is fitter related. I will provide a full written report of my findings which will be objective and based solely on the results of my inspection. I will include comments on the condition of the carpet, the type and the condition of the underlay used in the installation, and I will provide photographs where appropriate.
I am also able to carry out minor repairs (if required) such as picking and re-tufting.

Valuations

I am able to make a true and fair valuation of the cost of any carpet which may be the subject of an insurance claim and the cause of a dispute between a consumer and an insurance company or their agent etc.

Expert Advice

I am able to offer advice on the validity of a complaint and advise the consumer/end user on the correct course of action to take.
I can offer pre-purchase advice on the suitability of a product under consideration for a particular usage, thus avoiding an expensive mistake.
I can also offer advice and specify industry standards (British Standards) on correct fitting techniques and average costs etc.
